This Month's Discussion Topic: Inclusion is Everything

Join special guest, Ronna Timpa as she shares how smart leaders create a workplace where people truly see each other and work together better!

In this workshop, Ronna will distinguish what inclusion is from what it isn’t, why inclusion is integral for companies who want to attract, retain, and promote top talent, and best practices for making inclusion a reality in your company. 

As a result of attending, you will gain awareness of how to create a more inclusive team at work.

About our guest speaker:

Ronna Timpa has been running a language translation and consulting business for over 25 years. Recently, she accepted a position with Cashman Equipment to run their leadership training division. It is an exciting new chapter and one that allows her to inspire, impact and entertain people. Ronna has an undergrad in Human Resources and a Masters in Post-Secondary Education.
