Join us for an evening of discussion and networking with our Chapter Special Interest Group (SIG)!

On May 7^th, we begin the bridge between Integrated Talent Management and Performance Improvement. We’ll talk about programs and structure to support a solid talent philosophy; how changes in performance improvement processes can help individuals and teams quickly reach potential; and how to apply a systemic process to analyzing human performance gaps and closing them.

Please join us and bring any tools or information you would like to share on the following topics:

Conduct performance analysis.
Conduct cause analysis.
Analyze systems.
Gather data.
Incorporate customer and stakeholder needs.
Select solutions.
Manage and implement projects.
Build and sustain relationships.
Evaluate results against organizational goals.
Monitor change.
