Crucial Conversations

We are pleased to announce a special two day learning event. Crucial Conversations, facilitated by our own Judy Iannacchio and Dana Adams, is a workshop to improve your ability to handle stressful or crucial conversations well, which will dramatically improve your personal and professional relationships, career progress, and work performance. 

You will learn to:

• Identify conversations that are keeping you from getting desired results
  
• Identify and improve your own communication weaknesses
  
• Speak persuasively not abrasively, no matter the topic
  
• Speak frankly without risking everything
  
• Disagree without being disagreeable
  
• Influence without exerting force
